Please arrive at your scheduled time. If client arrives 15 mins late without communication, this will be considered as "No Call No Show".
If client is 15 minutes or more late with communication please reschedule your appointment. Deposit will not transfer to new appointment made and new deposit must be paid.
I understand things happen that are out of your control, so I allow one reschedule without new deposit. Please do not abuse this kind gesture I give because I know life can get the best of anyone.
All payments with Credit Cards used for the deposit will be subjected to a 3.5% processing fee. The remainder payment will need to be in cash.

If our team makes an error on our end, please let us know. We will get this corrected for you ASAP.
* When placing an order make sure your contact, address, phone number, & email information is correct. (Toni's Skyline L.L.C. will not & cannot take responsibility for incorrect information)
* Shipping fee are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Toni's Skyline L.L.C., you will be responsible for the original shipping charge plus the charge of returning the package.
* If your package states delivered and you have not received your package, please place a complaint with your United States Postal Service. It is important to double check the address before completing purchase.
